Terms and Conditions of Purchase
These terms and conditions relate to items supplied to you through this website (“the Site”) by SachaTheBrand LTD (“SachaTheBrand”, “we” or “us”) to you, the customer or Site user (“you”). These terms and conditions together with your online purchase order form the agreement between you and us (“the Agreement”).
These terms and conditions may not be released, discharged, supplemented, interpreted, varied or modified in any manner except in writing signed by us or our duly authorised representative. These terms and conditions may be varied by us at any time by posting amended terms and conditions to our Site. The terms and conditions which apply to your purchase will be those terms and conditions applicable at the time of the purchase.
These terms and conditions relate to your purchases from us through the Site but do not relate to your use of the Site otherwise.
Payment and prices
At the time you place an order you must give authority for payment. We may take payment from you at any time between you placing the order and us dispatching the goods.
Your order is an offer to buy from us. There will be no contract of any kind between you and us unless and until we actually take payment from you. At any point up until then, we may decline to supply the goods to you without giving any reason. If we take payment and subsequently fail to dispatch the goods for any reason we will refund you in full.
The prices payable for the items that you order are clearly set out on the Site. If, by mistake, we have under-priced an item, we will not be liable to supply that item to you at the stated price provided that we notify you before we dispatch the item concerned.
All prices are expressed inclusive of any VAT payable unless otherwise stated.
If for any reason beyond our reasonable control, we are unable to supply a particular item, we will not be liable to you except to ensure that you are not charged for that item.
Delivery and access
Delivery will be made to the address specified by you on the completed order form. Our delivery charges will be specified at the time the order is placed.
When you place an order we may not be able to provide an exact date at the time you order, if so then we will endeavour to provide you with an approximate delivery time when you place the order and we or our delivery partners will contact you again by phone when we are able to specify a date.
We will endeavour to deliver items within the United Kingdom within 3 – 10 working days but we are not able to guarantee any specific delivery date. We will not be liable if we fail to do so in part or in full due to circumstances beyond our control.
Whilst we will use reasonable endeavours to deliver the items on the agreed date we will not be liable for any failure to deliver on the stated date or at the stated time.
Return of goods
5.1 We hope you will be happy with your purchase. However, should you feel it necessary to return the items, you may cancel the contract for its purchase by contacting us on email@example.com within 14 days of receiving the items. You will not be permitted to return any item to us unless you notify us within this time period, unless the item is defective.
5.2 Defective items or items with transit damage must be notified to us within 30 days (unless the defect is not obvious within that time period).
You will not be permitted to return any items unless we are notified within the time periods set out in clause 5.1 and 5.2 (save where the item was materially defective on delivery but the defect was not obvious within the above time periods).
The goods we supply have a hygiene element. Therefore, once the packaging has been opened, they may not be returned unless they are defective.
If you cancel the contract for your purchase, you will be responsible for ensuring that the items remain in the same condition they were in when you received them until they are returned to us.
If you cancel the contract for your purchase, you will be responsible for the cost of returning the item to us unless the item is defective or we have delivered the item to you in error.
Items should be returned to us in their original condition in the original packaging and unused and unopened.
When we receive notice of cancellation of your contract for any item:
we will refund the price paid by you for that item; or if the item is defective, we will, at your request, supply you with a replacement item.
Cancellation and changes prior to delivery
You can cancel or change any of your current orders prior to dispatch by contacting us on firstname.lastname@example.org
Subject as expressly provided in these conditions, and where you are not dealing as a consumer (within the meaning of the Unfair Contract Terms Act 1977), all warranties conditions or other terms implied by statute or common law are excluded to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Where items are sold under a consumer transaction your statutory rights are not affected by any of these terms and conditions.
Any claim by you which is based on any defect in the quality of the goods supplied or their failure to correspond with specification must be notified to us as soon as possible from the date of delivery (and in any case, within 30 days of delivery) or (where the defect or failure was not apparent on reasonable inspection) within a reasonable time after discovery of the defect or failure. If you do not notify us accordingly, you will not be entitled to reject the goods and we shall have no liability for such defect or failure.
Where any valid claim in respect of any of the items supplied which is based on any defect in the quality or condition or their failure to meet its specification is notified to us in accordance with these terms and conditions, we shall replace or repair the items free of charge or refund to you the price of the item, but we shall have no further liability to you.
We shall not be liable to you by reason of any representation, or any implied warranty, condition or other term or any duty at common law, or under the express terms of these terms or this Agreement, for any consequential loss or damage (whether for lost profit, lost opportunity or lost reputation or otherwise), costs expenses or other claims for consequential compensation whatsoever (and whether caused by our negligence, our employees or agents or otherwise) which arise out of or in connection with the supply of goods or their use or resale by you, except as expressly provided in these conditions.
Our entire liability under or in connection with these terms and conditions shall not exceed the price of the items supplied.
By ordering with us you accept it is virtually impossible to accurately portray the precise colour of the items in a web picture. We endeavour to give the best portrayal of colour.
Nothing in the clause 7 or any other of these terms and conditions will exclude or limit our liability in respect of death or personal injury caused by our negligence
These terms and conditions and this Agreement will be subject to the laws of England and Wales. We will try to solve any disagreements quickly and efficiently. If you are not happy with the way we deal with any disagreement and you want to take court proceedings, you must do so within the United Kingdom.
You may not transfer any of your rights under these terms and conditions to any other person. We may transfer our rights under these terms and conditions to another business where we reasonably believe your rights will not be affected.
If you breach these terms and conditions and we choose to ignore this, we will still be entitled to use our rights and remedies at a later date or in any other situation where you breach the terms and conditions.
We shall not be responsible for any breach of these terms and conditions caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Terms & Conditions for Booked Services
All hair appointments are completed by Sacha. At present, we are only providing wig services, using hair from SachaTheBrand.
A £15 is required to secure your booking, the remaining balance must be paid on the day. Deposits are non - refundable.
- Bookings can only be made via this website
- Cancellations made later than 48hrs before the appointment will NOT be fully refunded
- Please notify us by calling or texting 07956670073 if you are going to be more than 20 minutes late to your appointment.
- Underbraids (cornrows)
- STB lace installed using either Got2be hairspray or Ghostbond glue - please patch test behind your ear before your appointment, to ensure you are not allergic to either products if you have never used them.
Please allow 24-48hrs for email responses this excludes weekends. Emails are responded to between 9am - 5pm, any emails sent after 5pm on Fridays will be picked up on Monday at 9am.
